When you sign up for an account, Canva will suggest different post types to choose from. There are of course certain workflows and tools that do not work on Linux, and that is just the current reality. I'm not entirely free of Microsoft either - I use vscode, I write my games in C#, and I host my projects on github... But the more people use Linux daily, the more pressure there is to support it, and the more support there is for open source alternatives.
