承接个性需求有段时间，我不太接受个性化的定制，如换个颜色，加一个结构之类的，我觉得沟通成本高，实际也就增加了 1 单。但慢慢我发现，去挖掘一个新客户的成本，远高于我去维护好老客户（Tim 有一期关于电商的三点思考中，获客就是三个坑之一）。去开发一个新模型，从想法到初样，再到大货，成本也是远高于去小改现有模型的。逐渐的我开始接一些像改变颜色、增加一些有「我推」1符号的小改造。
